Agile Tools provides free Planning Poker and Sprint Retro apps “as is.” By using the apps, you agree to these terms.
No warranties or guarantees
The service is offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. The apps may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time without notice.
Data retention and loss
Session data (cards, votes, participants, notes) is deleted automatically after 30 days and may be lost due to outages or maintenance. Do not rely on the service as the sole repository for critical data.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Keep session links private if you want to limit who can join.
- Back up any information you need to retain.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from use of the service, including service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
